Course Academic Calendar

Each KCTCS college sets its own local academic calendar. Hazard Community and Techical College may begin courses before or later than other KCTCS Colleges and KYVC.

For Web-KYVC online courses, please understand that the HCTC Academic Calendar and the Web-KYVC may be different which means that the start and end dates may be different.

For Web-local, Web-enhanced, In-person Web-hybrid, ITV, and KET college courses, please refer to the course calendar of the college delivering the course.

Spring Break is not an element of this calendar, but it may be scheduled by your instructor. Consult your instructor's syllabus for details.
