Using the Schedule of Classes

SECTION LEGEND

The following lettering codes in the Section number of a course indicate a special designation as explained below:

L	Laboratory	Courses in which students will be carrying out experiments, perfecting skills, or practicing activities under the direction of a faculty member.
Z	Web KYVU	A class offered by the Kentucky Virtual University that has no more than two proctored exams.

INSTRUCTION MODE LEGEND

The following lettering codes indicate the different types of instruction modes (delivery systems) for courses:

P	In Person	A course offered by traditional classroom instruction.
HB	In Person Web Hybrid	A class that meets approximately 50% at the campus location and 50% on-line.
BP	Web Enhanced	A class that meets regularly at the campus location and uses the Internet to supplement instruction.
BL	Web Local	A class offered for local area with no more than two proctored exams required to be done at the campus location.
BW	Web KYVU	A class offered by the Kentucky Virtual University that has no more than two proctored exams.
