|
This
data reflects the number of HCTC students placed on academic
action--probation, continued probation, or suspension. Probation
is defined as a student earning a cumulative GPA below a
2.0 at the end of a term; Continued Probation is defined
as a student being placed on probation for a second consecutive
term; Suspension is defined as a student who is placed on
probation for two consecutive terms and does not earn either
a cumulative GPA or a term GPA of at least a 2.0 in the
third term. The percentage calculated is the percent of
Academic Action students based on the KCTCS Census Date
HCTC Headcount. It was captured at the end of the term using
a PeopleSoft query because this report is not available
in Cognos Impromptu. |

This
data sumaries important academic calendar dates. The Academic
Calendar grids are hyperlinked under the term column. Student
Services develops the academic calendar in conjunction with
Academic Affairs. |

Health Programs Licensure Pass Rates
|
This
data reflects the percentage of students who passed their
licensure exam and is broken down by each allied health
program. It is extracted from Program Reviews completed
at the end of each academic year with information supplied
by the respective program coordinators. |

| Dean's
List |
This
data reflects the number of HCTC students named to either
the Dean's List for Full-Time Students or the Dean's List
for Part-Time Students. HCTC started recognizing part-time
students for the Dean's List beginning with the Fall 2006
semester. There is different criteria for both lists.
Please refer to Explanations of Data contained in
the above link. The percentage calculated is the percent
of Dean's List students based on the KCTCS Census Date HCTC
Headcount. It was captured at the end of the term using
a KCTCS Cognos Impromptu report. |

Diplomas, and Certificates Awarded
|
This
data reflects the number of degrees, diplomas, and certificates
awarded in each academic program over the respective academic
year (Summer, December, and Spring). The black cell indicates
no degree, or diploma, or certificate is offered in that

College Registrar. |
