TECHNICAL
CAMPUS
If
you are a high school student whose high school enrolls their
students at the Area Technology Center in their area, now's the
time to start thinking about college. Hazard
Community & Technical College, Technical Campus offers a Dual
Enrollment program that can help you get a head start on your
college education while still in high school, no
matter where you choose to pursue your higher education upon graduation.
Through
Dual Enrollment, you can begin your college studies by enrolling
in classes at Area Technology Centers. Credit will be awarded
through articulation agreements with
the
Area Technology Centers and Hazard Community & Technical College
. These courses maintain college level standards.
Dual enrolled students do not pay college tuition or other fees;
therefore, you can cut the overall cost of your college education
by taking these courses in high school.
