Do I Enroll
Work-Based
Learning (WBL) is a supervised, planned and evaluated work
experience related to a student’s educational objectives.
If you are a student
interested in a Work-Based Learning Opportunity, speak with your
program advisor or the WBL Coordinator.

Enrollment
WBL Process:
1. Enrollment in AAS or Diploma Program.
2. Be at a sophomore standing [30 or more hours] or have prior
experience
with at least a 2.5 GPA.
3. Have the permission of the Program Coordinator and WBL
Coordinator.
4. Request and complete a Work-Based Learning Application.
5. Submit the WBL application, a copy of up-to-date transcripts
and current
semester schedule, to the WBL Coordinator/Campus
Contact.
A learning agreement and training plan (signed by student, faculty
member, and supervisor) is required to participate in the Work-Based
Learning Program.

4. The student has a smoother transition from college to full-time

Learning experience.
