The University Center of the Mountains (UCM) is a partnership of post secondary education institutions bringing more bachelor and advanced degrees, as well as other learning opportunities, closer to home.  The partners are:  Eastern Kentucky University, Lindsey Wilson College, Midway College, Morehead State University, Hazard Community and Technical College, and the Kentucky Community and Technical College System.
  The UCM wishes to serve you by bringing the quality educational programs which will serve you in the most convenient and cost effective means.  The UCM's goal is to bring degrees and professional certifications for which there is student, employer and/or workforce demand to HCTC campuses in the eight county Kentucky River Area Development District.  Let us know what vocation you are interested in and what learning opportunities you desire to fulfill your dreams.
