completed Financial Aid Degree Audit form is a requirement for
any student wishing to appeal their financial aid status. At this
time, your financial aid eligibility is suspended due to NOT
meeting the federal government's Standard's of Academic
Progress (SAP). You are to follow the instructions on
this form, complete the form, and submit the form
along with the other required SAP appeal documents to the HCTC
Financial Aid Office.
