Student Refund Information

Tuition Refunds

In order to receive a tuition refund a student must officially withdraw by completing an official withdrawal form. The forms are available in the Records Office and on the web page; they must be submitted prior to 3 p.m. on the following schedule for the Spring 2008 semester:

 

                                                     January 18, 2008             100% refund

 

                                                     February 12, 2008             50% refund

    •  Non-attendance does not relieve you of your obligation or entitle you to a refund.

    •  No refund of tuition will be made to a student whose course load is reduced as a           result of passing a special examination for credit.

    •  Student Fee refunds for eligible students are mailed to the student's home address           by  KCTCS approximately four to six weeks after classes are dropped.
