The Go-for-Four Transfer Program

                                                                  Graduate

The Go-for-Four Transfer Program of Student Support Services encourages participants to consider all of the options for their future, including transfer to a senior college or university to further their education.  The SSS Go-for-Four Transfer Program assists students in developing decision-making skills to evaluate programs at various colleges helping students to plan for a program that will best suit them. Transfer counseling is available to help in the selection of an appropriate college and academic advising provided to ensure that the classes taken at the community college level are transferable to that college.   Assistance is also provided in the admission process, with financial aid information and scholarships and with the completion of necessary forms.   All of these services and more are provided to ensure your smooth transfer to another college.

In addition there is a complete transfer library including college catalogs, admissions applications, transfer guides, housing information and other materials to assist in the transfer process.

The SSS Go-for-Four Transfer Program also provides visits to area and regional institutions of higher education to assist students in making decisions about where to continue their education and familiarize the student with the campus.   During these visits we talk to admissions, tour campus, visit campus housing, talk to an advisor in your choice of major and eat lunch on campus.   Check back here each semester to see which campuses we will be visiting!
