Welcome to our video conference and virtual private meeting center. Our services include up to 6 individuals or one on one private conferences. The requirements are as follows (without exceptions).

1. Must be an HCTC Employee to request service.
2. Must be Official College business.
3. Must request service 24+ hours in advance.
4. Must have a Logitech (or compatible) PC Camera and a microphone. Sample Products Click Here. (can be purchase at local retail stores)
5. Must have Macromedia Flash player installed. http://www.macromedia.com (Our site is programmed to automatically install the appropriate software silently)
